Mobile Hot Cupboard

The mobile hot cupboard is used to keep plates of food warm whilst moving them between kitchen and the dining area at an event or restaurant. It is also a great way to serve carvery joints of meat at the tableside. Our mobile hot cupboard is really easy to use. Simply set the internal temperature using the digital controls, put the plates of food inside, and wheel to the dining area to serve your guests. The internal area can be configured exactly as you need it to be. Both shelves and the centre pillar can be removed to create a single larger space. When not on the move, the 100mm swivel casters have brakes so the unit stays put. User Manual
